| The training process is based on the interaction actor between the coach and the player on the one hand and between the methods used in training and the possibility of the player on the other hand, as the most important elements of the success of the training is the communication between the coach and the player, as whenever the means of communication appropriate, the training process is faster and better, and the economy of a large of effort and time, as well as the case of the training methods used it should suit the player's level and potential physical in terms of strength and effort to help in the progress and advancement level of performance of psychomotor skills, as well as accelerate the development of these skills which helps in shorthand effort and potential. Although the performance of the triple jump impact is important and big in achieving the feat, which in turn requires a high level of mental capacity and physical and link them in order to perfect performance effective for these stages, so it was necessary to find a means of training assistance that would contribute to the recruitment and evoke all the requirements of the effectiveness of the capabilities physical and estimate the infinite precision of the distance required and the necessary strength, as well as to develop the capacity of motor performance that contribute to raising the level of performance skills and develop the ability to link the stages Technical triple jump and thus improve the level of performance during the tournament, which has a positive impact in the win.
