| Abstract | ||
| The two researchers have employed the descriptive method because of its suitability with the procedures. The sample is composed of eight female players from the university team in the peta-team of football for the academic year 2013-2014. The sample represents 57% of the society which is (14) female players. To rank the sample according to the strength and speed of the ball in the penalty kick, the two researchers have done their tests in this respect. After a statistical analysis of the results, the sample is divided into two different groups. Statistical estimations have been counted for the two groups in the variables (strength and speed) and to measure the electrical activity of the rectus femoris muscle to identify the differences between them.
