| Compared to some of the muscle strength to the muscles of the legs between the players triple jump and 110 - meter hurdles runners. The importance of research to provide the scientific facts relating to the identification of the need for each of Faliti 110 m steeplechase and triple jump for each of the aspects of muscle strength , which have been selected in this research( maximum strength , and strength advantage as fast, and force) , the research aims to identify the strengths muscle men between the players triple jump and hostile 110 m, the researcher used the descriptive method , the sample consisted research (10) athletes of the team of the province of Diwaniyah to applicants athletics was Akhtarihm way intentional (6 of them specialists in ran 110 -meter hurdles) and( 4 of them specialists in the effectiveness of the jump, triple), and have concluded the researcher and the presence of significant differences in maximum strength to the muscles of the two men between the players triple jump and hostile 110 - meter hurdles and in favor of the players the triple jump and was the most important recommendations emphasize the coaches Athletics growth and development of maximum strength of the muscles of the two men to the players the triple jump. | ||
