| Abstract Lead financial markets play an important role in the economic development process and the reason for that is due to its role in directing the savings of individuals and companies to invest shares and bonds , as well as provide liquidity needed to achieve economic development. In order to perform these markets turn in the process of developing the national economy must be efficient and this does not happen unless there is information of listed companies in the market and reflected this information entirely on stock prices to reflect the share price its true value and based on the information available . So study aimed to analyze the behavior of the stock of listed companies in the Iraqi market for Securities Exchange and thus to identify the extent of his efficiency . | ||
