Abstract
Abstract: Consider the General Pareto distribution with three parameters of the distributions and the task that has many important applications in the field of reliability and analysis of environmental extreme values. In the research to estimate the reliability function by using Maximum likelihood method, Shrinkage method and Empirical method in the complete data and using the simulation to the compare between this the methods with defriend sampling sizes and the measurement to compare is mean square error, in this compare the Empirical method is the best As has been the application of these methods on a data sample taken from an industrial plant.
