| Summary In this research suggested a new way of solving transportation problems and find the basic primary solution that makes the objective function less than what can be ,The method is based on the amount of supply and the amount of demand . Where is determined by the row or column that has the largest value of the offer or request and From that row or column will determine the cell, which owns less costly and distributed by the amount of supply and demand We will continue this process until all offers are distributed to all requests . Finally, we calculated the primary basic solution (the total cost) . Several examples have been tried and have calculated the total cost (basic solution primary) By using this method and compare it with the method of the northwest corner and the method of least cost and the method of Vogel , In order to clarify the statement and its accuracy and quality . After confirming the importance and accuracy of this method For that we'll apply this method to data Baghdad Company for the production of soft drinks and calculate the total cost of transportation (primary basic solution) with the other three methods . | ||
