| . Abstract Relationship between ethical climate on employees satisfaction . An analytical study in banking sector . The study attempt to shed light on the relationship between ethical climate and employees satisfaction . The ethical climate refer to the employees shared perception about what is regarded ethically correct behavior and how ethical situations should be handled in an organization . the relationship between the five type of ethical climate , the egoist , care , law and profession ,values and procedures and dependence climate were measured . public commercial banks were chosen for this purpose . survey data were collected from 80 bank employee in order to test the hypothesis . The results showed that instrumental and independence climate were negatively related to satisfaction , whereas caring , law and rules were positively related to satisfaction. Some recommendations in light of conclusion were presented . | ||
