Abstract
Abstract : This study examines the relationship impact of servant leadership server through owned by the leader of the properties in the promotion and formation of effective team work and the most prominent aspects of it, through the study sample, which included a sample of members of local councils in the province of Qadisiyah. Distribution (75) questionnaire respondents. Was recovered (61) the only valid form of analysis and represents the response rate (81%). The study identified boss hypothesis that there is a correlation statistically significant between servant leadership and effective team work. Data collected by The questionnaire form which consists of two parts, the first part for driving the maid either the second part has do to the effectiveness of the team. Relied on a number of statistical methods, Arithmetic Mean , standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, to validate the assumptions above mentioned, as Results showed hypothesis main and sub. Was reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, most notably the need to adopt leadership maid pattern leading behavioral by most members of local councils because of its impact on the composition and formation of work teams players as well as local councils need to invest this kind of leadership that has served scientists think the Department in recent years.
