| Abstract | ||
| 1- The prayer are the greatest Islam pillars after the two Islam declaration of faith. The prayer giving up intentionally is the biggest sin and big grievous sins. 2- The one who gives up the prayer by carelessness or laziness is not allowed to give them up .must be jailed for three days and accepts repentance, and call for every prayer time to do it, hence he must be killed to put an end not as an apostasy (disbelieve), with judgment him as a Muslim, like the married adulterer,, he must be cleaned and prepare a corpse for burial and then pray for him, and buried in Muslim graveyards | ||
