| The Virtual Library (VL) the most recent developments in the world of information that makes the world a global village for exchange information and ideas that have developed a life of communities, the research aims to measure the extent to which researchers (lecturers and Students Graduate) from the default library in support of scientific research and identify the difficulties face during use it. We give the questioning have been distributed form questionnaire to a random sample of the various disciplines in the College of Technology Administrative / Baghdad and by (100) form which represents 75% of the population of the study , the study found that the highest percentage of answers was to the axis of the impact of digital sources to communicate practical among researchers and effectiveness of the educational process and research , and reduce the gap between the pack copyright, and the medium used for motivation and satisfaction with the virtual library. | ||
