| Abstract | ||
| This study aims at identifying: 1.Social Loafing of university students .2. conscientiousness of university students .3. the relationship between Social Loafing And Conscientiousness of university students.4.Differences significance inSocial Loafing and conscientiousness according to specialization and Gender To achieve the study aims the researcher adopted the scale of Social Loafing that consists of (41) items in its final form , she used also conscientiousness scale by Costa & McCrae which translated into Arabic by Slim 1999 , that consists of (39) items in its final form . After applying the two scales on a sample of students consisting of (200) male and female students , the results have indicated the following : 1. University students have high degree of Social Loafing and high degree of conscientiousness. 2. There is strong opposite relationship between Social Loafing andconscientiousness. 3. There are significant differences in Social Loafingandconscientiousness according to specialization and Gender | ||
