Abstract
The research aims to identify the level of mental health, and functional values of some variables, and the type of relationship between mental health and functional variables, some of the staff of practitioners and non-practitioners of sports activity. The researchers used a descriptive approach to suitability and the nature of the search, as conducted on a sample of some of the employees of government departments and the number (100), where employees aged between (27-40 ) . Adapt was adopted on a scale of mental health and the tool and various devices for measuring physiological variables for employees of government departments. It included a measure of mental health (24) , paragraph , and the researchers conducting transactions scientific research tools used and of the expense of validity and reliability using statistical methods different and with the views of a number of gentlemen experts and specialists in the field of physical education to ensure the appropriateness of these tools to achieve the objectives of the research current . The data were processed statistically using the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of correlation (Pearson) . I have been using variables functional, namely, (pulse, the number of times a pulse pressure (systolic and diastolic) , vital capacity forced mass index gym BMI, as well as the use of a form to measure mental health ) has concluded in a search through the role following the sports activity is expected , and its impact on the improvement of most of the variables functional with practitioners Of sports activity Which is reflected in the high level of psychological health they have? By analyzing the results and discuss the findings, the researcher found the following: 1) The scale of mental health practitioners and fits the observed non-practitioners of physical activity and regular government employees. 2) marked by the staff of practitioners of physical activity a regular degree of psychological health of employees is the biggest practitioners of regular physical activity. 3) the back of the existence of a correlation between mental health and all of the variable Women’s occupational (pulse, respiratory), and the relationship is significant variables (systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, vital capacity forced, body mass index (BMI practices of physical activity regularly. 4) The back of the existence of a correlation between mental health and all of the variable women's occupational (pulse amplitude forced vital), and the relationship is significant variables (systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, the number of times breathing, body mass index (BMI practices sports activity is regular. 5) It turns out that regular physical activity play a positive role in raising the level of psychological health and functional values of some variables.
