Abstract
The study has been done on a group of women who had joined in some of body fitness centers in the city center of Basra governorate who are( 132 ) women.
The researcher has designed and codifies the measurement of the personal health on (70) participants and the measurement has been implemented on (50) participants and the research sample has been distributed on six levels the bigger ratio has been concentrated on very good and moderate levels.
The measurement has been on trusted dealing as follows where had verified on the trust of outer standard the value is ( 0.40 ) and the trust of the interior standard ( 0.39) but the standards of the stability so it reached (0.87) .
