| Abstract | ||
| A synergy of important motor capacity in intramural sports including basketball in addition to the two defensive movements and their vulnerability to the members of the research community of this study was to address this problem, the study aims to identify the impact of special exercises to develop a synergy of the sample individuals. As well as to identify the effect of exercise for the development of defensive basketball men movements of the sample individuals. And use the experimental approach to design of the pre-test the same group and post for suitability with the nature of the problem, this study and applied to the players all of the club Hilla Sports Municipal Sports Club in the province of Babylon for the sports season 2013-2014 and of their number (17) for the player, was the use of the means and the appropriate tools and tests which fit with the search, and exited the study conclusions and recommendations of the most important: the existence of a positive effect of special exercises to develop a synergy of the sample individuals. And the existence of a positive effect for the exercises in the development of the two defensive movements of the sample individuals. One of the main recommendations: to emphasize the need for synergy through the development of interest in him when the curriculum preparation in order to raise the skill and physical and technical level of basketball players. And the need to conduct periodic tests to see defensive skills of basketball players performance level and the extent of its development. | ||
