Abstract
The study aims to identify the concept of empowerment and to clarify the dimensions involved (sharing of information, freedom and independence, replace the organizational structure of teams own work) and their impact on the effectiveness of job performance and dimensions are included (the tasks performance, the contextual performance, organizational citizenship behavior, the behavior of deviant work) in the service sector , the study has sought to achieve a set of objectives, including: determining the level of awareness of the organization's strategy for empowerment and outstanding performance and dimensions.
