Abstract
The present study introduce descript of a new species belongs to the genus Cypris O.F.Müller, 1776 class:Ostracoda(Podocopida: Cyprididae). The external features of the carapace(left and right valve),such us size,structure and shape also the apearance characteristics for the appendages, were discussed and illustrated. locality, time and dates of collection were recorded ,also some ecological sides.
