Abstract
The training process that the coach teaches to the team is to upgrade the player's level according to the logistic sequence that the volleyball is based on. The motional abilities, and skills that the team gets during the competition. The volleyball player should have special motional abilities with high standards because every skill needs an amount of strength, speed, flexibility, grace, accuracy, and balance. The importance of the research comes from the analysis of some motional abilities and skills compared to the results of Sulaymaniyah excellent volleyball club. The motional skills consider a factor to make the technical skills in volleyball. The search problem is how to discover the weakness and strength points for some clubs through studying and comparing the motional, and technical skills, and show the difference to understand their importance, then compare them to the abilities that the other club players have, and to stand on the best and the most effective ones to be a guide to the coaches to put training programs in future. The goal of the search: to discover the level of the motional, and technical abilities for the Sulaymaniyah excellent club players in volleyball. The researcher used the descriptive method in a caparison style, the search sample included an excellent degree players of Sulaymaniyah district and included (40) players the excellent clubs were chosen to participate in Kurdistan league ,and they are Peshmerga club (16) players ,Halabja club (12) players ,and Rania club(12) players.
