| Abstract | ||
| The aims of the research was to: Identify the effect of teaching methods using exercise (intensive, distributor) in learning shooting from jumping and blocking in handball. Identify the best style in learning shooting from jumping and blocking in handball. However, the researchers used the experimental approach (Equal groups design) with pre and post-tests. The research sample involved(40) students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science-Kerbala University. Eight students in six groups. Nevertheless, the research results showed: Preponderance the group that used the common style - distributor in learning shooting from jumping in handball and preponderance the group that used the reciprocal style - intensive in learning blocking in handball. | ||
