Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect of the partial thyroidectomy on Thyroid tissue in female rabbits randomly divided into three group , the first group was under want a partial thyroidectomy (G1)while second group (G2) allowed to ad libitem supply and drinking tap water and served as control group , and the three group (G3) have a surgical incision of the skin and muscles acompained with served as negative control group , The results of the surgical excision group showed a significant increase (P <0.01) in the concentration of TSH compared with the positive and negative control group and a significant decrease in P <0.01) in the concentration of T4 and T3 hormones compared to the surgical excision group compared to the control groups. And an increase in the number of thyroid follicles and hyperplasia of the eradication group compared to the normal tissue of the gland. اجريت هذه الدراسة لتشخيص التغيرات النسجية التعويضية للغدة الدرقية المستأصلة جزئيا في اناث الارانب Thyroidectomy حيث قسمت العينات عشوائيا 15 من اناث الارانب البالغة الى ثلاث مجاميع متساوية العدد، المجموعة الاولى فقد تم استئصال جزء من الغدة الدرقية ) G1 ) ، أما المجموعة الثانية جرعت بالماء والغذاء الاعتيادي وعدت كمجموعة سيطرة موجبة ( G2) ، اما المجموعة الثالثة عمل فيها شق جراحي شمل الجلد والعضلات من الرقبة فقط بدون استئصال جزء من الدرقية واعطيت المضادات الحيوية وعدت كمجموعة سيطرة سالبة (G3 ) وقد أظهرت نتائج مجموعة الاستئصال الجراحي ارتفاعا معنويا P<0.01)) في تركيز هرمون TSH مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة الموجبة والسالبة وانخفاض معنوي P<0.01)) في تركيز كلا من هرموني T4,T3 في مجموعة الاستئصال الجراحي مقارنة مع مجموعتي السيطرة. ولوحظ زيادة بأعداد جريبات للدرقية وحصول فرط تنسج لمجموعة الاستئصال بالمقارنة مع النسيج الطبيعي للغدة.
