Abstract
This research seeks to analyses the relationship and impact between strategic success as an explanatory variable and the organizational value as a reactive variable. The University of Babylon and the future College of the community were selected as a research society, with the opinion of a sample of the 40 teaching staff to serve as a field for the application side of the research, whose opinions were surveyed through a court identification, and the data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods The results were extracted using the statistical program (SPSS), and the research came out with results that the University of Babylon was offering to the future community college through all dimensions of the research variables, and there were important recommendations based on the findings of the research.يسعى هذا البحث تحليل العلاقة والأثر بين النجاح الاستراتيجي كمتغير تفسيري والقيمة المنظمية كمتغير استجابي. وقد جرى اختيار جامعة بابل وكلية المستقبل الجامعة الاهلية كمجتمع للبحث اذ جرى استطلاع آراء عينة عشوائية من التدريسيين قوامها (60) تدريسيا لتكون حقلا للجانب التطبيقي للبحث، استطلعت ارائهم من خلال استبانة محكمة، وجرى تحليل البيانات باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية واستخرجت النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS)، وخرج البحث بنتائج بينت تقدم جامعات بابل على كلية المستقبل الجامعة الأهلية من خلال جميع ابعاد متغيري البحث، كما كانت هناك توصيات مهمة استندت الى استنتاجات البحث.
