Abstract
The research aims to impact Business Entrepreneurship Strategy and its Reflection on the philosophical to Organization Effectiveness , which were intellectually presented and then tested the impact of the entrepreneurial strategy as an explanatory variable in the organizational effectiveness of the approved research variable, in health organizations as a research community, and in a changing and dynamic working environment, the need to formulate A pioneering strategy that has a reflexive effect on the philosophical underpinnings of organizational effectiveness and its dimensions in the considered organization. Design/methodology/input A sample of physicians was selected at the Hilla Educational Hospital with 40 physicians surveyed and analysed through the resolution prepared for this purpose, and based on global measurements of research variables. The results came out with results. A relationship of influence and correlation is of a moral significance between the two variables through all dimensions of the entrepreneurial strategy and the organizational effectiveness of the Hilla Educational Hospital. Search restrictions and applications it is hoped that this research will stimulate scientific research, especially in terms of the hypothesis scheme, the testing and analysis of research hypotheses, as well as the study of research variables. Practical implications The major implications revolve around the idea that in the current high-competitive markets, business organizations must move towards embracing their entrepreneurial strategies to be competitive, and this will play an important role in promoting the organizational effectiveness process in Al Hilla Educational Hospital. Originality/value Most of what is written about this specific topic focuses on concepts that are not detailed, and does not address the dimensions, and this research expands the concepts in the study because it encompasses the dimensions and concepts of the business Leadership strategy, and its impact on the philosophical underpinnings of the dimensions and concept of effectiveness Organizational. The words of the strategic function of the entrepreneurial and organizational effectiveness of the Hilla Educational Hospital. هدف البحث الى بيان تأثير استراتيجية ريادة الاعمال في تحقيق الفاعلية المنظمية، إذ جرى عرض متغيري البحث فكريا ومن ثم اختبار مدى تأثير استراتيجية ريادة الاعمال بوصفه متغيرا تفسيريا في الفاعلية المنظمية متغير البحث المعتمد، في المنظمات الصحية كمجتمع للبحث، وفي ظل بيئة العمل المتغيرة والديناميكية دعت الحاجة إلى صياغة استراتيجية ريادة يكون لها تأثيراً انعكاسياً على المرتكزات الفلسفية للفاعلية المنظمية وأبعادها في المنظمة المبحوثة. التصميم/ المنهجية/المدخل ــ اختيرت عيّنة قصدية من الاطباء في مستشفى الحلة التعليمي قوامها (50) طبيباً جرى استطلاع ارائهم وتحليلها من خلال الاستبانة التي أعدت لهذا الغرض، وجرى الاعتماد على مقاييس عالمية لمتغيرات البحث. النتائج ــ خرج البحث بنتائج بيّنت وجود علاقة تأثير وارتباط ذات دلاله معنوية بين المتغيرين من خلال جميع ابعاد استراتيجية ريادة الاعمال والفاعلية المنظمية في مستشفى الحلة التعليمي. قيود وتطبيقات البحث ـــ من المؤمل أن يسهم هذا البحث في تحفيز البحث العلمي، لاسيما من حيث المخطط الفرضي، واختبار وتحليل فرضيات البحث، وكذلك دراسة متغيرات البحث. الآثار العملية ــ إن الآثار الرئيسة تدور حول الفكرة القائلة بأنّه في أسواق المنافسة الشديدة الحالية يجب أن تتوجه منظمات الأعمال نحو تبني الاستراتيجيات الريادة لأعمالها لكي تكون قادرة على المنافسة، وسوف يمارس هذا التوجه دوراً مهماً في تعزيز عملية الفاعلية المنظمية في مستشفى الحلة التعليمي. الأصالة/ القيمة ــ معظم ما كتب حول هذا الموضوع محدد يركز على مفاهيم ليست بالتفصيلية، ولم تتطرق إلى الأبعاد، وهذا البحث يوسع المفاهيم الموجودة في الدراسة لأنه يشمل على أبعاد ومفاهيم استراتيجية ريادة الاعمال، وتأثيرها على المرتكزات الفلسفية لأبعاد ومفهوم الفاعلية المنظمية . الكلمات الدالة ــ الاستراتيجية الريادة للأعمال ــ الفاعلية المنظمية ــ مستشفى الحلة التعليمي.
