| Abstract | ||
| The research dealt with the topic: fundamentalist issues that are inferred by a hadith (if people were given their claim, people would claim the blood of men and their money, but the evidence is on the defendant) collection and study, and clarify the indications of the talk about these fundamental issues, and the research included; An introduction, two studies, and a conclusion, and one of its most important results was the importance of taking care of the Sunnah of the Prophet in terms of its inference in order to strengthen these rules and fundamentalist issues, because of the development of the fundamentalist queen. | ||
