Abstract
The aim of the study synthesis some derivative (schiff bases) for cefotaxime (Claforan) which contain primary amino group by condensation this amino group with benzaldehyde and some its substitutions to formation Isomethin group (C=N) and study their biological activity and compare the claforan schiff base activity with standard claforan. Claforan schiff bases Identified by there melting points, FT-IR, and U.V.-visible spectra.
