| Abstract | ||
| This study was conducted at Poultry farm in college of Agriculture at University of Ain shams- Egypt from 25/1 to 3/5/2010. 360 Lohman laying hens 30 Weeks old were used in this study. They were randomly distributed to 4 treatment 90 birds pretreatment (30 birds per replicate). To study the effect of organic chromium sources (Chromium Picolinate (Cr pic)) and (chromium yeast (Cr yeast)) and inorganic (chromium chloride (Cr Cl3)) on Layer performance, egg interior quality and egg blood cholesterol. The results showed that the significant improved (P<0.05) in egg production percentage, accumulative egg number, egg weight, egg mass and feed conversion ratio compared with control group. Chromium yeast (T3)was higher (P<0.05) in most performance compared with another chromium treatments. The results indicated that supplementing organic and inorganic resulted a significant (P<0.05) increase in egg interior quality and significant (P<0.05) decrease in egg and blood cholesterol compared with control group. | ||
