The researchers used the experimental approach in a way the three groups of 30 students from the first phase were selected randomly (lottery) and choose researchers to students the first phase of effectiveness is studied in this stage, where the group was the first pilot of the Division (a) learning at the level of the field run it approximate a high b (30 cm) above the relegation zone. and the second experimental group of the Division (b) learn at the level of the field run it rough Low B (30 cm) above the relegation zone. and the control group from the Division (c) learn at the level of the field run it approximate equal to the level of the relegation zone. and to identify some variables that could affect the course of the main experiment after homogenization of Mjoat and parity between the three groups. After treatment of the data that was obtained from the tribal-and-after tests have been concluded: - The high and low field Alrkdp approximate the relegation zone a positive impact in some of the variables Albiukinmetekip the effectiveness of the long jump. - The first experimental group the best in the variables (distance and speed of the laststepapproach). - The second experimental group was better in the variables (high center of gravity of the body for a moment and maximum bending angle and the angle of advancement of aviation and flight time). Therefore, researchers recommend using the methods and means of modern education, the adoption of the variables in the learning stages Albyumkanikp the effectiveness of the long jump. | ||
