| Abstract | ||
| This chapter concluded the difition and importance of research where the researchers discussed the administration and the process of planning and the importance of scourting camps as well as the problem of research. They found the reality of scourting camps is low and unsatisfactory. The planning process meets troubles and obstructions. They effect on building of scourting camps and the goals of research concluding the design of qustionnare to know the planning obstrauctions. As far as the second chapter is concerned, it concluded the object of administration, administrative skills, administrative obstrauctions, the reasons of planning failure, obstructions of planning process, scourting movement, scourting camps and their impotance, the role of planning process in building the scourting campsnd to the study of maisoon Abduljaleel (obstructions of caring of wman the affairs and training in the field of soprt from the point of view of women) The third chapter concluded the research program and its field procedures by designing questionnaire list and making statistical operations up to the final questionnaire list Foe the forth chapter, it have had the showing and discussing of questionnaire results their ajdusment according to the state of obstruction descendly. The fifth chapter concluded the conclusions and recommendations. One of the conclusions was the identification of the planning obstructions which impede the building of scourting camps. One of the recommendations was the questionnaire which could be depended for knowing the the obstructions of planning which impede the building of scourting camps. | ||
