Abstract
The vision of the future is a Wish Almstaqbilh of professional sports in Iraq, under the current circumstances begin the first step in sports management strategy formulated a comprehensive vision of the professional athlete or abstract idea close to the dream, to be a perspective on the future of the Department of Sports and a source of a sense of belonging and loyalty for athletes and here lies the problem Search the application Aalahtrav at both the international and local levels has many advantages accrue to the sport and athletes in general, and we should be aware of the concept of Octrav and not only Aalahtrav to view the material only between players and clubs, is reflected negatively on the prosperity of the sport and the performance of either the goals of research are: 1 - construction and application Scale risks and opportunities for professional football from the standpoint of the players. 2 - Develop a standard to measure the levels of risk and opportunities for professional football from the perspective of the players. 3 - to identify the level of risk and opportunities for professional football from the perspective of the players. The research sample are clubs participating in the Iraqi League for season 2012 -2013 elite's (18) Club as it underwent the experiment (13) Club formed percentage (72.22%) of the research community after excluding (5) clubs representing clubs northern region and officially registered in coupes the Iraqi Central football as the total who have undergone the experience of (295) as a player and researcher used Alosfiama most important conclusions are: 1. Has been reached to build a vision for the future scale of the opportunities and risks of professionalism in football. 2. Culture of professionalism that we care industry since childhood, a budding industry, real football, and world stars began their rehabilitation since the youth ranks, 3. Build personal and professional player culture integrated with the infrastructure and sports facilities and all what is needed in the sports setup process and what we see today in the cities building specialized sports games in the individual and collective will be help in the success. But they recommendations are: - 1. Appealing to the responsible authorities develop programs to build awareness among young professional and young people as one of the main parties to the professional system. 2. Investment crowd attendance for the games as one of the most important sources of funding for professional sports and the development of programs that increase the attractiveness of the masses towards the matches
