Abstract
I he first part was included on the introduction and the importance of the research, which is the researchers, has been in trod need through if the importance of the sportage activ it> in develop and advance the society and its importance in profiting the person the good social qualities and developing the influences of the person in treating w hich gathers reaching of the human goals in love of the homeland and share of building and developing the society and the act of sportage active in releaving the denominational and the elemental obstacles and obstruction which is working on separating and harm the society also the first part w as included on the problem of the search which is summarized in the following question : docs the practice of the sportage activity effected on the social agreement for the students of the university ? In addition, the first part included the goals the search and it is: I - Building and designing the measure of the social agreement for the students of university of basrah. 2- Knowledge the relationship between the social agreement and practice of the sportage activity for the students of the univ ersity. Also, the first part included on the suppositions the search .the researchers has been imposed existence. An ideal connection relation ship between the social agreement and practice the spoilage activity for the students of the University of Basrah. Also, the first part included the fields of the search and it is the human, secular, and place fields, the second part was included a submission of the implicit ot the sport age activity and its importance and the implicit of the social agreement and its relation with the sportage activity .and it is including on the similar studies and it is including two studies the third part included just on the program of the search and its fielding procedures, the researchers have been used the discretional program which depended on wiping il is the perfect program to the natural of the search, and what concerned which the symbol of the search, has been a symbol of the search a number of them (80) from the colleges of the university of basrah for the years 2007-2008 by the random way .and the third pari also concluded the steps of building the measure of the social agreement and the proportional means's, The four part was included the submission and discussion the results which are reached by the data of this search and in the light of its input goals. The fifth part was included the conclusions and advises which are die researchers were reached it by the light al the results of the research
